The Unanimous Declaration of the Fity United States For America
W
e the people of the United States for America hereby set forth a new declaration of independence. We hereby cast off all relations and associations with the corporation known as The United States of America established in 1871. This corporation was created without the best interests of our country or its people in mind and against the will of our forefathers. It has shamed our culture, reduced our credibility, taken our armed forces into war with false truths, and essentially sold us out. We hold all those individuals and families responsible and accountable for their actions and choices, we demand return of our Armed Forces to the home land and hereby reinstate our original constitution.
W
hen in the course of a country's growth, development, and evolution, its government, which hath been elected by the people, over steps its authority and bounds, forces its idealism and rule on other countries, lies, deceives, oppresses, and enslaves those that have elected them in good faith, it becomes necessary for its citizens to dissolve and/or abolish the political bands and people which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions and diversity of humanity requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
W
e hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, the pursuit of Happiness, Freedom and Equality. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to dissolve and/or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety, Happiness and Freedom. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes and accordingly all experience hath shown, that humanity is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these States and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.
W
hile the monetary system we embrace is not itself at fault, it is allowed to be manipulated to serve and benefit only a selected few individuals and those that govern us, and not to the people for which the system hath been created for. Classes have been set into place to separate the people in groups so that only few may benefit from the work of many. Employers have been allowed to enslave the people while those elected to govern stand idly by and do nothing but reap the benefits and rewards themselves, while doing nothing or very little for the people. Those that have allied themselves with those that would oppose the peoples unalienable rights shall be held accountable and all associated wealth and property confiscated and redistributed to the people. Hence forth shall we make all employers accountable for their employees, they shall provide proper and adequate health insurance at a 50/50 obligation, they shall provide transportation to and from said place of employment, if employee has no form of transportation, at a 50/50 obligation, they shall pay a sufficient wage that ensures the peoples pursuit of happiness and cost of living, they shall grant each employee a 4 day work week with 3 days off per week with a maximum of 8 hours per day, a profit cap shall be placed in direct correlation to that which is being derived profit from. Excess profit shall be placed in a holding for the betterment of our country and its individuals, by which only a committee elected by the people may disperse the funds. Individuals, groups of individuals, towns, cities, counties, and states may request said funds providing the reasons are not for greed, deceit, persuasion or to harm another, and enough reasonable proof can be shown for the desired goal and outcome. Such is this decision to ensure that wealth will no longer be monopolized, but shared and jobs are plenty.
W
here we have failed to foresee, is that our growth, prosperity and population would become so large that the presidential position we created for an individual to lead us is inadequate. The time for one individual to lead us has gone, but will never be forgotten, nor shall the accomplishments of those who previously led us go untold. Hence forth shall we establish a presidential committee consisting of a group of individuals, who from hard work and determination hath become an expert in their chosen field of knowledge, from varying fields of the country's development. To keep a self check and balance and so to ensure that this committee doesn't become stagnant or motionless we hereby institute in place of a president a presidential committee guide, someone whose expertise lies not in one but many fields and/or whose ideas and dreams will inspire and lead us all. The house of representatives and the senate hath also failed in their duties and creates meaningless and useless laws and rules, instead of the job they were committed to do. Each state will also establish a state committee, whom, by the governor, reports to the presidential committee, which is elected by the people, and governed in the same manner as the presidential committee, and whose seats are eligible for the presidential committee, instead of an individual governor as formerly chosen, the governor will instead be the voice of the state committee that reports to the presidential committee. We hereby instate a county committee and representative, whom, by the representative, reports to the state committee, which is elected by the people, and governed in the same manner as the previous committees, and whose seats are eligible for the state committee, the representative will be the voice of the county committee that reports to the state committee. Terms of office are irrelevant, for no time limit on ideas and values that drive our country forward can be placed, though each term shall last no more than five years and upon completion the people shall vote if those ideas and values are worth keeping or should be changed. All citizens eligible to vote will be considered and a non vote law shall be instated that considers among those chosen for candidacy, no candidate was appropriate enough to be considered for election and a new set of candidates shall be chosen providing that the non vote reaches majority. In the best interest of the country [PEOPLES CHOICE] should lead us until 2020 by which fore mentioned goes into affect.

he history of the current president and previous presidents of the United States of America in conjunction with the corporations of America and the rich is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world:
T
he Government has established elaborate districts and election laws designed to preserve the dominance of two interchangeable political parties. With rare exceptions, all of our representatives and government officials belong to these two political parties. Even though one-third of Americans are politically independent and almost everyone is unhappy with the results produced by these two parties, they maintain complete control of our government.
T
he Government overspends every year, and refuses to balance its budget. It has created debts and obligations that threaten our security and prosperity and that will burden future generations from birth. To support its overspending, the Government borrows extensively from countries that may not have America’s best interest at heart and spends today the money it promised the People it would save for tomorrow.
T
he Government forces the People to use false money so that it and its friends can surreptitiously take wealth from us. It uses our wealth to buy allegiance with countless programs operated under the guise of fairness, progress, or safety. Baseless money is the root of profiteering, and causes inflation that robs the very people the Government claims to be helping.
T
he Government has created an indecipherable tax code that cannot be applied fairly and is oppressive and destructive; stolen over half of our incomes year after year; compelled us to testify against ourselves by filling out endless compulsory reports; made us into unpaid government spies and tax collectors; and destroyed our peace, security, and freedom in order to finance their oppressive bureaucracies, failed social programs, and wars of aggression. It creates tax rebates and insists that we should be grateful for its indulgence.

he Government passes legislation that will have sweeping consequences for all Americans by cutting outrageous and obviously unfair deals. It approves laws written by and for special interests without reading them. The Government exempts itself from laws it imposes on the rest of us.
T
he Government regulates our food, the air, water, farming, education, energy use, healthcare, housing and homeownership, business, industry, communications, labor, transportation, foreign policy, war and peace, and the currency. Every year it issues volumes of complicated new rules that often conflict with state rules, stifle competition, and interfere with common sense, innovation, and individual freedom. It manages with each new crisis, real or exaggerated, to expand its power. It can imprison and take the property of anyone who fails to pay for its services. It owns one-fifth of the land in the United States, and has a nationwide system of courts, attorneys, police, and prisons to enforce the law and protect its interests.
T
he Government has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat our their Substance." The IRS, Justice Department, police, State and local revenue authorities and a multitude of other government agencies have engaged in an escalating orgy of terror, legalized looting and wholesale seizure of private property to feed the appetite of arrogant and rapacious bureaucracies.

he Government has multiplied laws and regulations beyond reason or humanity, subverting both the words and intent of our Constitution and Bill of Rights to the point where there is not a single American who could not be arrested, imprisoned and impoverished for violating one of the millions of arbitrary and incomprehensible government laws and edicts now in force.
T
he Government has forbidden governors of states to pass laws useful to local needs and has interfered in state business.
T
he Government has refused the right of local government to govern at home and has as a matter of course caused local legislators to carelessly assume they have no power.
A
ccording to the President’s Web site, “There are hundreds of federal agencies and commissions…” There are only three explanations for this state of affairs: we are savage people that must be restrained; we are stupid people incapable of solving our own problems; or the people who run the Government love power.
M
any of our representatives are unable or unwilling to explain in plain English which section of the Constitution delegates to them authority for the laws they approve, and many of them believe there are no limits on the federal Government’s powers. The people who originally approved the Constitution of the United States of America feared it would lead to the same abuses they had just fought to end. They approved the Constitution only after being assured that it gave the federal Government limited power. The Constitution and the Founders’ thoughts are written in plain English, and everyone may judge whether the laws passed by the federal Government are Constitutional.
T
he Government has seized control of our economy and have dictated and controlled every aspect of how our businesses must be operated. They have issued edict upon edict, issued regulation on top of regulation, instituted fine after fine, treated us as common criminals, imprisoned us, and seized our property.
T
he Government has destroyed our financial security. They have debauched the currency, substituting worthless paper for gold and silver. They have clandestinely seized our banking system – inflating currency and credit and looting the real wealth of the people.
T
he Government has burdened us with enormous waste and government debt which have brought our nation to the brink of bankruptcy. They have destroyed jobs and stifled private initiative with suffocating regulations and oppressive bureaucracies.
G
overnment programs are always more expensive than originally estimated, and even failed or obsolete programs are continued.
T
he Government has subverted the electoral process through unjust and exclusionary ballot access and campaign finance laws. Vast sums of tax-extorted monies have been used to create a Congressional Monopoly and an Imperial Presidency which have crushed dissent and excluded any serious challenge to their power.
O
nly a small number of people run the corporations and unions one day and then run the Government the next day. They can’t be objective under those circumstances or serve the best interests of the People. They serve only themselves and their friends.

he Government is giving and lending the public’s money to private companies to ensure success and profit. If the individuals running these companies are the best and the brightest, then they should be able to succeed on their own without favors [or safety nets] from the Government.
T
he Government is bailing out other countries, and the central bank does not have to show the public how it uses our money.
T
he Government has perverted our relations with other nations, using their power to support foreign despotisms. They have bribed other nations with foreign aid, restricted foreign trade, and exported massive quantities of weapons of death and destruction - fomenting discord, repression and war throughout the world.
I
n the name of "peacekeeping" and assisting other nations, they have illegally waged war on many nations and innocent peoples, committing mass murder in the name of peace, making the US hated throughout the world, and US citizens the victims and targets of terrorism.
T
he Government enters into treaties, contracts, and relationships with foreign entities, and relinquishes authority to international bodies, undermining America’s sovereignty.
T
he Government has ruled that it can take private land from one owner and give it to another private owner if it prefers the new owner’s plans for the property.
T
he Government won’t allow dying people to smoke marijuana, but it says you are free to choose an abortion.
T
he Government’s current prohibition is fueling lawlessness and disorder, here and abroad, just like the last prohibition did. Despite the mayhem and the humiliation it causes, the Government persists in trying to control foolish and unhealthy behavior by jailing scores of otherwise innocent citizens. Its approach has given the land of the free the world’s largest prison population.
T
he Government has hobbled and corrupted our system of justice by creating endless numbers of technical crimes against the State, and crimes without victims – making vices into crimes, dissent into treason, and sensuality into perversion. They have seized billions of dollars worth of property without due process of law, imprisoned countless thousands without indictment or trial, and have made equal justice under law impossible by manipulating courts and juries, terrorizing our attorneys and seizing their fees.
W
e no longer have orderly Militias, but we have many laws that infringe on our right to keep and bear arms for our own security. History’s greatest atrocities were committed by armed governments, not armed citizens.
T
he Government spends billions of dollars each year to secure the homeland, yet half the time ordinary citizens stop the terrorists. It is advising Americans to spy on each other. Its agents violate the rights of travelers daily, and assault children, the sick, and the dying. The Government’s money and influence is gradually transforming the police from an institution that serves and protects our communities into an apparatus capable of controlling us.
T
he Government’s military spending, not including the current wars, is equal to the military spending of the rest of the world combined. Why? We have oceans on either side of us, a mostly unpopulated wilderness to the north, a nation to the south barely able to defend itself against criminal gangs, and millions of people who love freedom.
T
he Government has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies. In direct violation of the Constitution, US troops have repeatedly invaded and reduced foreign countries to ruin without declaration of war by Congress. They have used force to compel our children to fight and die in foreign wars far removed from their homes. In the name of the War on Drugs they have declared open war on the people of the United States, invading farm and field, village and home, and spreading terror across the land.

he Government has given us a War on Terror, a War on Drugs, and a War on Poverty. None of these wars have ever won.
T
he Government has failed to secure our borders and points of entry, one of its Constitutional duties, despite the fact that its officials promised to faithfully execute the law, despite the fact that most Americans want secure borders, and despite the fact that other nations secure their borders.
T
he Government tells us that millions of Americans need help, and it has numerous programs to provide them the necessities of life. It does this at the same time that billions of dollars are spent every month to employ people overseas and millions of people, often at great personal risk, come here legally and illegally. Most of the people who come here find work and shelter, raise their families, and are grateful for the opportunities and freedom denied them in their own lands.
T
hose that come here illegally are often swindled and abused, live in deplorable conditions and fear, and never become American citizens or even assimilate like our grandparents did. Those that come here legally are often subjected to delays and bureaucratic absurdities while trying to become Americans. The Government is planning to sweep this under the rug again by “re-forming” the law.
M
ore than a few of the people indiscriminately entering our country are vicious criminals bent on robbery, murder, or the destruction of our nation. The Government has chosen to forsake the American People’s security, and instead devotes its energy to proving its own supremacy.

he Government has given itself the power to watch us and listen to us without independent judicial approval. It is developing new methods to monitor, track, and examine people without probable cause.
T
he Government meddles in the internal affairs of other countries, and recently used surrogates and secret prisons to do things that legally can’t be done here. History shows that this hypocritical behavior only creates problems. A good reputation and friendship are just as important as security and freedom.
T
he Government is indefinitely holding people without charges and without trial, and has identified American citizens, who have not been charged or convicted of any crime, for assassination. The President has been given the power to declare Americans outlaws, depriving them of their rights. These are the practices of dictators and kings, not a nation of laws.
T
he Government now fights undeclared wars. If we find it necessary to defend ourselves, then Congress should have the integrity and courage to declare war as required by the Constitution.
T
he Government has given itself the authority to wage war at any time and in any place. Unfettered authority appears to have resulted in unending war. This will enrich arms suppliers, but will surely lead to our nation’s downfall.
I
t took America three and a half years to defeat the Nazis and the Japanese empire. The Government has been at war now for the past ten years. All it has to show for it are the heads of a few ruffians on pikes, a mountain of debt, the wounded souls and maimed bodies of our countrymen, and everyone’s suspicion that AMERICA no longer exists.

he Government trumpets virtue and decency and sacrifice to the People while pursuing power and decadence and corruption for itself and its friends.
F
or many years, we have forewarned the Government of the problems associated with its growth, only to be told that we need still more Government. A government that continuously grabs power and begins to take on the characteristics that define a tyranny is not fit to be the government of a free people.
I
n every stage of these violations millions of citizens have gathered in the streets to protest these government outrages yet no heed has been paid to the agony of the people in its hallowed halls.
N
or have we been heard by our Democrat brethren. We have warned them of the destruction of the American rule of law, yet they are uninterested in this plight. We have appealed to their love of country and we have reminded them of the glorious history of our great nation to no avail. They have turned a deaf ear to Constitutionality, a cold shoulder to our American character, and our law and we find their sympathies lie with Europeans instead of their fellow Americans. We must, therefore, consider them enemies of our national interests, safety, health, and welfare.
